Walk In Interview For Area Sales Manager For Pump Manufacturing Company At Mumbai / Chennai
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Candidate should have Should have Diploma or Degree Engineer or MBA.
- Candidate should have minimum 2 years and above work experience in relevant field.
- Knowledge of the Indian pump market.
- Experience in sales & marketing through Dealers, Direct/Channel network.
- Expertise in formulating & implementing marketing & product promotional strategies
- Good experience in marketing report and in market statistics.
- Extensive experience in managing Dealers/Industry/Distribution network & Sales administration
- Good experience in costs evaluation, import and export documents
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Responsible for market development in the After-market segment of the entire Chennai/Mumbai region.
- Sales forecasting, monthly sales, collection plan & meet sales and collection targets on monthly basis.
- Taking care of branch targets and achievements based on allotted territory.
- Analysis of principal competitor on market, with cost, quantity applications and main distribution chains.
- Regular dealer visits by following a journey plan. Meeting business mediators like contractors, builders, sub dealer, etc.
- Definition of possible scenario distribution chains, market strategies, price positions for a new European competitor on Indian pumps market.
- Expanding and strengthening dealer network for increasing penetration and reach..
- Analysis of main exhibitions of Indian market to develop new pump business.
- Follow up with factory, sales channel partners to reach the target.
Salary : Rs.25000/-pm To Rs.50000/-pm Plus Incentives
